Took my 20000 BMW 740 to them to find the source of a problem with my security alarm system that I have had for years. They did some research and found the problem with a faulty switch under the hood. I am now a big fan of their work and intend to use them regularly in the future.

I have been going to Eurauto for many years and have never been disappointed . Tim explains everything about the problem so I can understand it. He is always honest and tells me what I need to do to fix it. I have always been able to get my car in promptly and know exactly when it will be done.Tim and his employees are always polite and helpful and have given me rides back and forth from my condo or been loaned a car to drive until mine is fixed . They are also fairly priced. I would highly recommend them.

Have been a loyal client of Eurauto since the 1990’s. Usually as trusted care for vintage German cars, but also for any and all out-of-warranty work of every other car we’ve owned (my mother-in-law is also a client...). Have never had an experience in which they haven’t exceeded my expectations. Succinctly, they only recommend what you need and if they recommend, do it. Their work will always be high-value. Tim, Dave and team are the best.

Communication and service has always in the past been very good. But for some unknown reason, it seems to be very mediocre recently. I suspect that they are going through some sort of ownership change. You would think that if this is the case, the new owners would be extra attentive to the customers.
