The individuals at Eurauto are nothing but kind and truly care. I had an unusual braking system issue on my BMW X3. They were extremely thorough with the diagnosis, and timely with finding the part to get it replaced, while keeping me updated throughout the process. They charge a fair price for the great work the technicians do. It was my first time using them and I wish I found them sooner! Overall, a great experience.

I basically got strung along by this shop, as they escalated needed repairs and they never did fix the underlying issue (which they likely caused). It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. I’m writing this one just to warn others…. The details: I took my car here for a slight knocking noise. I ended up not having them address that (had that fixed at Mercedes dealership) but they said my car needed a new drive belt, which is only a couple hundred dollars so I had them do that. When I got the car back I heard a squeaking noise. I took it back into them and they replaced a pulley and charged me for that. After a few days the squeaking came back worse than before. I took it back a third time and they said I need a new water pump - they ordered one, put it in and said the part they ordered was defective, so then they needed it over the weekend. I don’t know where they’re getting their parts but that makes me think they’re getting them used /junked. After not having my car over the weekend, on Monday after finally replacing the water pump, they said the radiator hose was leaking and charged me for that. Got the car back, still squeaking. I’ve learned my lesson so I’m not taking it back into them to look at and I’m not a mechanic so I don’t know where they went wrong but that was my experience.
