I have been a customer here for several years-decades actually. The work done is top notch and everyone there is a professional. Most of the team has been in place for many years, so there is a consistency that you don't get at dealerships. I appreciate that they do what is necessary and don't try to sell me work that isn't, or that can wait until the next service.

Always take my car to the shop really good at diagnostics. Not only are they Expert mechanics They are truthful and honest. Plus they will get you in and out much quicker than the dealership. I have never had to return due to workmanship but I am certain they would resolve any issues to satisfaction. I have older BMW and Audi convertibles and usually need repairs a few times a year. Drive belts, control arms, AC, tune ups, etc.

Unlike Porsche of the Village where I’ve been told twice that I should authorize them to replace possible bent windshield wiper arms when what they really found was just a possible need for new blades.
