Enjoyed the service rec'd on my 20 year old BMW M Roadster...at first review of the bill felt there was an overcharge. After closer review I had made a mistake and the charge was legitimate (my bad), my apologies to Tim. Both Dave and Tim seem very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Work was performed as ordered with a courtesy call for authorization concerning other issues found. A complete list of items that should be scheduled in the future was a printed list with prices noted (great for budgeting future repairs needs) The shop is clean and organized with a great location, within walking distance to my home in Mariemont. Labor cost are both fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend

Quality work every time!

I called and explained my car issues, and an appointment was set for me to drop it off for repair. I received a diagnosis of my complete vehicle along with my initial assessment. I received a call when the car was completed just as stated. Great customer service Tim!!! I will be back.
